The influence of the editor in chief Ivan Ohijenko with the content of the magazine «Nasha Kultura» (Winnipeg, 1951–1953) and the publications are analysed, the ideological and political orientation of magazine is defined. Is considered how during two years the structure of magazine and the subjects of research changed.
