Abstract

The article accumulates the segment of the modern touristic guides of Yaremche region that is stored in Vasyl Stefanyk National scientific library of Ukraine in Lviv. The article defines the factual contents and the typological belonging of touristic guides; an attempt has been made to comprehend the place of guidebooks in modern Ukrainian history.
