Based on personal papers of famous Ukrainian philologist and folklorist M. Vozniak that are kept in the Department of manuscripts at Vasyl Stefanyk national scientific library of Ukraine in Lviv, paper characterize collaboration of the scientist with Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (UAS) in Kyiv in 1920s–1930s. Thanks to the epistolary heritage of M. Vozniak we can trace his cooperation with UAS, it’s members and departments and with other scientific institutions of the Soviet Ukraine.
