The purpose of this article is to analyze the characteristics of innovative and traditional PR-tools. The scientific and methodological understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of corporate publications, account in social networks, corporate books, the specificity of their content, and other characteristics that affect the efficiency of interaction with the audience PR-effect.
