Actual questions have been analysed and considered in the columns of «Nash Sovremennyk», taking into account the tendency of promoting the inimitability and transcendence of Russia’s historic role and mission in the world by utilising resources of historical memory and quasi-historical ideas with the intention of justifying the actions and behaviour of the authorities in statecreative processes of the Russian Federation both in the past and modern day.
