Abstract

This article examines six bibliographic indexes about the publishing activities of the V. Stefanyk Lviv National Scientific Library of Ukraine from 1940 to 2009, and provides a comparative analysis. It analyzes the structure, contents and the scope of information in these publications. It emphasizes their importance for a comprehensive and objective report of the publishing and scientific-bibliographic activity of the library.
