Financial Terms and Author Remuneration

Publication of articles in the journal «Proceedings of Vasyl Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv» is free of charge. Authors are not charged for any stage of the editorial and publishing process, including submission, peer review (Article Processing Charges, APC), and technical preparation of manuscripts. All costs are covered by the publisher.

These terms apply to all authors, including postgraduate students (PhD students) enrolled in state-funded programs who submit their research results as sole authors.

No author remuneration (royalties) is provided for the publication of materials. The journal follows the Diamond Open Access model, which ensures the free dissemination of scholarly works without financial barriers for both authors and readers.
