Open Access and Copyright Policy
The Editorial Board implements an Open Access policy in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and UNESCO recommendations, promoting the global exchange of knowledge and free access to research findings.
All scientific articles and supplementary materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, under which:
- Copyright. Authors retain full copyright and intellectual property rights without restriction.
- Right of Publication. Authors grant the publisher the right of first publication under the terms of the specified license.
- User Rights. Users may freely read, download, copy, and distribute the materials (including via print or social media), as well as search for or link to full texts for any lawful, non-commercial purpose.
- Mandatory Attribution. Proper citation is required, including the author's name, the title of the work, and a direct link (DOI/URL) to the original publication in this journal.
- Restrictions: The use of materials for commercial purposes is prohibited. Furthermore, the distribution of modified, transformed, or adapted material based on the published articles is not permitted.
Guarantees and Responsibility. Submission of a manuscript implies that publication has been officially approved by all co-authors and, where applicable, the institutions where the research was conducted. The authors delegate authority to a Corresponding Author to act on their behalf in all communications with the Editorial Board.
The content of published materials reflects the personal views and findings of the authors. It does not necessarily represent the official position of the Vasyl Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv.
Access to Materials. Full-text versions of articles are available in the "Archive" section. Access is free, permanent, and requires no registration or subscription.
Financial Policy. The annual adheres to the Diamond Open Access model. The Editorial Board does not charge authors for submission, peer review, or publication (No Article Processing Charges – APCs). All costs associated with the preparation and publication of materials are borne by the publisher.
