Submission Deadlines and Procedure

The Editorial Board invites contributions and requests that authors adhere to the following submission guidelines:

  1. Submission Deadlines:
    Manuscripts must be submitted electronically by May 31 each year. Submissions received after this date will be considered for the subsequent issue.

  2. Submission Method:
    Articles must be formatted strictly according to the technical requirements and emailed to: zapysky_lnnb@lnnb.lviv.ua.

  3. Supporting Documents:
    Submissions must include an author profile containing: full name, academic degree, affiliation, position, city, country, ORCID ID, email, and contact phone number.

  4. Requirements for Early-Career Researchers:
    Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral students must provide a review from an academic supervisor (Doctor or Candidate of Science), bearing the official seal of their institution.

  5. Open Access Policy:
    The journal provides immediate open access to its content. All articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), allowing for free distribution with proper attribution. Commercial use and derivative works are prohibited.

  6. Financial Policy:
    Proceedings of the Vasyl Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv is published at the library’s expense. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or royalties.

  7. Review Procedure:
    All manuscripts undergo mandatory plagiarism screening followed by internal and external peer review.
