Abstract

This article provides an overview of the major Ukrainian emigre publishing centers that operated in Vienna during the First World War and the Ukrainian liberation movement. It characterizes their publishing repertoire and subject matter, as well as provides information on public and political figures, scientists and writers who cooperated with these emigre publishers.
